Sticky Social Bar

one day my manager asked me is it easy to do floating social bar just like one in Mashable.
I was so excited i told him i will do it even though its too difficult and then i searched numerous articles how to implement it and finally i found what i want.

Next day morning i came to office and had my favorite coffee (Hazlenut) and started working on social bar and i told him it was ready to go live and happily went to home and slept.

Then other day my manager asked me is it possible to get share count from social buttons and display it accordingly just like CNET and i said i will try to implement it and finally after couple of days i succeeded and deployed to live.Everyone in office like new social bar and i am kinda off overwhelmed by my collegue responses.

Again after one month there was an issue again is it possible to stick social bar on top of page i said its pretty easy actually it was super hard for me to do it then i decided i never estimate the work without completely knowing how to implement it.

Lessen learned after couple of months saying "YES" to every task.
